At JOVA, we value thoughtful design and considered purchases. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn, unused, and in their original condition
• With all tags attached
• Returned in the original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
• Gift cards
• Personalized or made-to-order pieces
• Items marked as Final Sale

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return your original order and place a new one.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include your order number and photos of the item, and we will resolve this as quickly as possible.
