Our Ethos

Born in Göcek, Turkey a district shaped by the rhythm of the sea and yacht culture Jova began by designing textiles for life on the water. What started as private yacht projects quickly became a deeper exploration of how spaces can feel calm, personal, and effortlessly lived in.

Guided by Mediterranean sensibility, we approach textiles not as decoration, but as an essential part of everyday living. Because textiles are the elements we live with constantly the ones that shape comfort from morning to night.

Jova's Story

Jova was founded by Zeynep and Basak, two women with lifelong connections to textiles and craftsmanship, continuing a legacy shaped by over 35 years of textile manufacturing heritage.

From this foundation came a clear vision: to bring the comfort and warmth of land interiors to life at sea, while carrying the calm spirit of the sea into the home.

After years of creating bespoke textiles for private yacht clients, Jova began expanding beyond individual commissions, sharing this philosophy through carefully curated collections available online.

Today, Jova designs for both sea and home, with a focus on material integrity, quiet elegance, and a natural sense of ease.
